Write My Speech: Custom Speech Writing Services for Students at Writers Per Hour

A speech is written to be heard, not read. Your audience hears each sentence once, at your pace, with no way to scroll back. That changes how it has to be written: shorter sentences, a signpost before each point, the main idea said more than once and an ending people remember. For students, a speech usually comes with a grade or an occasion: a public speaking class, a university seminar, a graduation ceremony or a student council race.

So when you think “write a speech for me,” think of the talk as well as the text. At Writers Per Hour, you tell us the occasion, the time limit and the audience, and an academic writer drafts a speech you can say out loud in your own voice. We write it. You deliver it.

Which Student Speeches Can You Order?

Almost any speech your school, college or university asks for. Custom speech writing at Writers Per Hour is ordered by type of paper in the order form, and four of the types are speeches to give.

Pick the Type of Speech
  • Speech

Informative speech, Demonstration speech, Seminar talk

The general type for a talk that explains or teaches. Name the kind in your instructions.

  • Persuasive Speech

Policy speech, Debate case, Campaign speech

A talk that takes one side and asks the audience to agree or to act.

  • Graduation Speech

Commencement address, Valedictorian speech, Class farewell

Remarks for the ceremony: your class, the years you shared and what comes next.

  • Motivational Speech

Team or club talk, Orientation welcome, Awards night

A short talk that lifts the room and leaves it with one thing to do.

Any of them can go with any academic level in the form, from High School to Ph.D. A high school speech for an English class, a college speech for an introductory public speaking course and a graduate conference talk have different briefs. The method is the same.

A graduation speech asks the most of you, because it is personal: names, moments and the jokes only your class gets. To see how one comes together, read our university graduation speech sample.

How Is a Speech Different From an Essay?

It is written for the ear. A reader can go back over a hard sentence, and a listener can’t, so a speech says less per sentence and repeats its main point on purpose.

Speech or Essay?

How a speech differs from an essay: length, how it is taken in, structure and sources
SpeechEssay
Is measured in minutes: the time limit sets the length. Is measured in words or pages.
Is heard once, at the speaker’s pace.Is read at the reader’s pace, and reread.
Signposts each point and comes back to the main idea.Moves on with transitions and avoids repeating itself.
Names its sources out loud: “According to the World Health Organization…”Cites in the text and lists the references at the end.

Famous speeches use the same tools. Our rhetorical analysis of “I Have a Dream” sample shows how repetition and allusion carry a speech written for a crowd. If your assignment is to analyze a speech rather than write one, choose Speech Analysis as the type of paper.

How Long Should Your Speech Be?

As long as your time limit allows. Most people speak at around 130 to 150 words a minute, slower with pauses, laughter or applause, so the minutes decide the words, and the words decide the pages you order.

From Minutes to Pages

  • 3 minutes ≈ 400 words
  • 5 minutes ≈ 700 words
  • 10 minutes ≈ 1,400 words

At about 140 words a minute. A double-spaced page in our order form is about 250 words, so a five-minute speech comes to roughly three pages.

Time yourself if you can. Read a paragraph aloud at your normal pace and count the words you got through in a minute. Then our Words to Pages Converter turns the word count into pages for the form.

Under time beats over. Many instructors take points off for running long, and a ceremony runs to a schedule, so ask for a speech a little under the limit. Leave room for the pauses.

What Should You Send Your Speech Writer?

Everything that makes the speech yours. A writer can research a topic, but only you know the room, the occasion and the stories worth telling.

Send Us Your Speech Brief

  • Assignment. The prompt and the rubric, word for word.
  • Time limit. The minutes you have, and whether questions count.
  • Audience and occasion. Your class, a graduation hall, a club meeting or a campaign assembly.
  • Your position. For a persuasive speech, the side you take and what you want the audience to do.
  • Your stories. The moments and details you want in, above all for a graduation or motivational speech.
  • Sources. How many, which kinds and how to cite them.
  • Your voice. A paragraph you wrote, or a note on how you talk: formal, warm or funny.

Add files under Supporting files in the order form, and put the key instructions in the order itself. Free revisions are measured against what you sent when you ordered, not against what you add later.

The more of you the brief carries, the more a “write my custom speech for me” order sounds like you and not like a stranger. Your voice. Your stories.

Who Writes Your Speech?

An academic writer whose field fits your topic. You choose the subject in the order form, and the order is matched with a writer whose field of study fits it. Every writer on our team has passed three checks: a review of their degree and field of study, a timed writing test and an editor’s review of their first orders.

You choose the writer category, too. Best Available is included in the price. A Subject-Matter Expert is a specialist in your selected subject, and a Top 10 Writer is one of our highest-performing writers. Both cost extra.

Writing for the ear is a speechwriter’s skill, so ask for it in the brief: sentences you can say in one breath, a pause before each point and a closing line to land on.

How Our Speech Writing Services Work

Through one order form. A “write my speech for me online” order starts with your instructions and files. Then check Writing, the type of speech, the subject and the academic level, and set the number of pages and the deadline. For a public speaking class, choose Communications and Media as the subject.

Your instructor may want it on paper as well. Some public speaking courses ask for a full manuscript, some for a preparation outline with references and a shorter speaking outline for the podium. Say which in the order and choose the citation style in the form, from APA to MLA.

The form takes deadlines from 3 hours to 31 days ahead, but leave time to rehearse. A speech you’ve said aloud five times beats a perfect one you read cold. If the deadline is 48 hours or more, add Early Draft: a draft is due halfway, so you can read it aloud and tell your writer what doesn’t sound like you.

Speaking with slides? Add Slides to the speech order, or get the deck with speaker notes from our PowerPoint presentation writing service.

After payment, we match the order with a writer. That step isn’t instant, because a writer has to take the order, so leave some room before the day you speak. You can then message your writer and share files in your account.

Can I Pay Someone to Write My Speech?

Yes. You pay Writers Per Hour through a secure Stripe checkout, not the writer directly, and the Summary step shows the full price before you pay.

When the speech is ready, you get an email, and the file waits in your account. Read it aloud and time it. If it misses your original instructions, request a revision. It’s free within 30 days of delivery, or within 60 days if you add Extended Revision when you order. A new topic or a longer time limit is not a revision and needs a new order or more pages. Refunds follow the payment and money-back policy on our site.

Not all custom speech writing services online are built for students. This one works from your rubric, your time limit and your academic level, and what you receive is a model for your own speech, in line with our acceptable use policy. Check your course’s rules on outside help as well. Your instructor decides the grade, and on the day, the voice is yours.
